Defense System
Includes a UV dye aiding law enforcement in identifying individuals after an incident has been safely de-escalated. Each canister provides enough pepper spray for 3 to 4 long, saturating discharges. Additionally, the canister features a quick-connect nozzle, allowing it to be easily detached from the mounted system for personal safety during an escape.
Law Enforcement: Utilizes a 16oz MK9 canister of highly concentrated oleoresin capsicum fog pepper spray.
Public: Utilizes a 16oz MK9 canister of 1.33% oleoresin capsicum fog pepper spray.

Equipped with 4 dispersing ports for 360 degree protection around all sides of your vehicle.

Easy Installation
The FIN® is permanently mounted externally using 3M very high-bond water-proof adhesive. The installation process is straightforward, typically taking 45-60 minutes. The can is securely mounted inside the cab of the vehicle.

What types of vehicles is The FIN® compatible with?
The FIN® is designed for universal fit and can be installed on most vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and commercial fleets. Its compact, roof-mounted design makes it ideal for both civilian and professional use.
Will the FIN® canister installed on my headliner obstruct my vision while driving?
No, the FIN® canister is mounted discreetly and strategically on the headliner, positioned to avoid obstructing your view of the road or mirrors. The design ensures both safety and visibility are maintained without compromising driver awareness.
Is the system legal to use in my state or country?
The FIN® uses a non-lethal pepper spray formulation that is legal in most U.S. states. However, laws vary by jurisdiction. Always check local regulations regarding the possession and use of defensive sprays.
Will the system activate accidentally while I’m driving?
No. The FIN® requires manual activation through pulling the safety pin then manually depressing the yellow button on the cannister handle inside your vehicle. It does not activate automatically and will only deploy when you choose to trigger it. However, if there ever is an incident of accidental discharge it will still function as intended by creating a non-lethal defensive fog. Ventilate the area thoroughly and avoid contact with the spray.
How far does the pepper spray reach and how long does it last?
Each MK9 canister provides 3 to 4 long, saturating discharges and creates an effective safety zone up to 10-15 feet around your vehicle. The fog pattern disperses quickly to deter threats without causing lasting harm.
What maintenance is required to keep The FIN® working properly?
Regularly check connections, clean the external spray ports, and test the system monthly (without deploying the spray). Canisters should be replaced every 24 months or immediately after use.
