1. Overview
F3 Defense is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. As part of our dedication to customer satisfaction, we offer a limited warranty on our products to ensure that they are free from manufacturing defects.

2. Warranty Period
The warranty period extends for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers all products sold by F3 Defense.

3. Covered Defects
This warranty applies exclusively to defects in material and workmanship that occur as a result of F3 Defense’s manufacturing processes. This does not include defects arising from improper installation, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or failure to adhere to recommended operating procedures.

4. Warranty Claim Process
To process a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
I. Contact Customer Support: 
Reach out to our customer support team within the warranty period by emailing customerservice@f3defense.com. Provide the authorized dealer location you purchased from, purchase date, and a detailed description of the defect.
II. Return Instructions: 
Upon receiving your claim, our team will evaluate the details and may request to see photos of the defect. If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
III. Return of Defective Product:
All returned products must be sent to F3 Distribution using a safe and trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost may be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
IV. Evaluation and Replacement:
Once the product is received by F3 Distribution, it will be evaluated. If it is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing issues, we will replace the product at no additional charge.


5. Limitations of Warranty
 This limited warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, improper care, or alteration.
Products that have been used outside of their intended purpose.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damages.
Any loss or damage incurred during shipping or transit.

6. Disclaimer
F3 Defense does not provide any other warranties, express or implied, beyond the limited warranty stated herein. This warranty grants specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction. F3 Defense is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Local Laws
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maine. If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
