F3 Defense Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Within the United States
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
Shipping Methods: We use reputable carriers such as UPS and FedEx depending on your location.
Restricted States: While pepper spray is legal in all 50 states, some states may have restrictions on canister size or formulation. We comply with all local regulations and may contact you if adjustments are needed.
International Shipping
Availability: We currently ship to select countries where non-lethal defense products like pepper spray are legally permitted.
Restricted Countries: We do not ship to the following countries due to legal restrictions:
United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Brazil, Thailand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping Times: International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. Then contact us at customerservice@f3defense.com for further assistance.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the package and product to us within 48 hours of delivery. Defective claims must be authorized by F3 Defense. Damage due to misuse, accidents, or alterations is not covered. Items purchased on www.f3defense.com and found to be defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The return shipping cost may be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refund & Replacement Timeline
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Replacements are shipped within 3–5 business days after receipt of defective item.
